ALFREDTURBO Promise To Our Original Purchasers:

OE Genuine Turbochargers

All OE turbochargers we sell are genuine OE products, this type of turbocharger is synchronized with the OE original factory after-sale policy.

OE Quality ALFREDTURBO Turbochargers

The Alfredturbo turbochargers we sell are OE quality standard, the whole manufacturing process strictly implement the IATF 16949 quality management system. For this type of turbocharger, we offer an unlimited mileage warranty/replacement service for 6 months from the point of sale. (if the turbocharger cannot be repaired due to quality issues or if its performance is severely degraded, we will replace it with a new one free).
Please note that the oil, filter and piping must be changed before installing a new turbocharger. Damage to the turbocharger caused by the following conditions are not covered by the warranty service:
-Excessive engine exhaust gas volume
-Engine with poor quality counterfeit oil
-Insufficient oil pressure
-Damage or malfunction due to improper installation, foreign object damage turbo, turbocharger overspeed, misuse, negligence, poor maintenance or accidents;
-Repair or replacement of parts or components associated, connected or attached to the turbocharger unit, such as parts of the cooling system, fuel system, engine control system, plugs, oil filters and belts;
-Turbochargers for racing or related purposes;
-Turbochargers that have been modified by anyone other than the Buyer or an authorized dealer, or turbochargers fitted with accessories that do not conform to the original manufacturer's specifications;

Turbocharger Parts, Repair Kits

The turbocharger parts we provide are all brand new and unused,the materials and workmanship of the products are in strict compliance with the relevant standards, and they are approved for sale only after our strict inspection.We do not provide after-sales warranty, return and exchange services for such products.if you find products have obvious quality problems that cannot be used, please do not sell or install , contact us immediately, and we will replace them with a brand new set products for free after confirmation.
